1. There are three types YL-4, YL-2, and CDR-5A for automatic stainless steel desktop quantitative machine and the machines suitable for all capsule size. The number of pellets counted can be arbitrarily set up among 0-9999.

Warranty:

1. The automatic stainless steel desktop quantitative machine CDR-5A is designed with high stainless steel quality constructions and meet GMP standard. 

6 months limited warranty for defective items (excluding items damaged and/or misused after receipt). Accessories come with a 3-month warranty.

2. Defective items must be reported and returned within the warranty period and in the original packaging, if possible. please tell us what the defect is and your order number.

3. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for return postage and ship the item back to us. We will send it back if the machine is defective as the report.

4. If the machine were damaged during delivery, customers should inform us at once and email us the photo of the damaged part. After checking, we may send a new part for free.

5. For following situations, the item is out of free warranty

(1). Damaged caused by: misused, improper installation and so on the man-made fault.

(2). Warranty seal removed or damaged.

6. Lifetime service. Please kindly let me know if you have any question about the machine or there are other machines meet your requirement. We will do our best to help you.
